Toulon Golf Refund Policy

All Toulon Golf products are custom made or limited release items. As such, these custom or limited release items, such as our limited availability Small Batch putters are non-refundable, and cannot be canceled or returned for merchandise credit or refund. We offer returns for merchandise credit or exchanges on any product deemed to be defective.

If you believe you have received a product that is defective, please contact us at info@ToulonGolf.com.  

Any returns and exchanges must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning.  

This can be obtained by contacting us at info@ToulonGolf.com.

Any returned product received by Toulon Golf without an approved RA# may not be processed.

In order to obtain an RA#, submit a request through our online contact form, or email directly to info@ToulonGolf.com

Please include: 

      1.    Original proof of purchase (required)

      2.    Reason for your return/exchange/cancelation

If approved, we will provide the RA#,  free FedEx Return label (Contiguous US Only), and any additional information needed to complete the process.

Returnable Items:

  •      Product defects due to workmanship (see Warranty Policy)

Toulon Golf Warranty Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Toulon Golf warrants our products for quality of workmanship for a period of 1 year. All other products deemed to be defective in any nature must be reported to us via email within 14 days of package arrival. All warranty claims must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning the product. 

Any returned product received by Toulon Golf without an approved RA# may not be processed.

Please include: 

      1.    Original proof of purchase (required)

      2.    Reason for your request 

      3.    Photos of defect

If approved, we will provide the RA#, free FedEx Return shipping label, and any additional information needed to complete the process.

Defective products will be replaced with the same or equivalent products when available. If unavailable, a refund will be issued (shipping cost, handling cost, or customization charges are non-refundable). Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. 

Toulon Golf reserves the right to deny any warranty claim.

Warranty will be denied for the following:

  •      Products not purchased new
  •      Products that are damaged, abused, or altered
  •      Products without proof of purchase
  •      Products missing accessories
  •      Products that are damaged during the return shipment
  •      Warranty period expired
  •      Products received without RA#
