• Non-customised products are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

• Customised products are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 working days.

All orders are subject to availability. In the event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified by email within 48 to 72 hours of placing your order and provided with a revised estimated dispatch date.

All shipments are fully insured for transit.

For orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This ensures a smooth delivery process with no additional charges payable upon arrival.
